All our products are covered by 2 Year Direct Manufacturer Limited Warranty. That means that if you purchased from our dealers, you can address your warranty claim directly to us.
Warranty covers functionality of the product under normal usage condition, excluding mechanical parts such enclosure, connectors, switches and potentiometers. Although we will fabricate only with the best quality available components, to prevent failures, mechanical parts are prone to accidents which can mistakenly diagnosed as failures; for example, a potentiometer may become dirty and noisy under normal usage condition, but cleaning it cannot be covered by warranty. Or, a connector may fail due to a hard plug insert. We also do not cover reverse polarity powering of the electronics. If such an event occurs, a protection device may blow, but we cannot replace that under warranty - it will be up to the user to service a wrong doing. Different products may have different warranty terms, which are specified in the product warranty leaflet that accompanies the product, so we encourage you to read it along with product manual, before making a warranty claim.
Each product leaves from us with a throughout Quality Inspection and it is very unlikely that you will receive a new product that has faults. If damages occur during shipment, we will cover them only upon providing legitimate proof such pictures or documents issued by the carrier, because we will have to make a case against them. You are entitled and we ecourage you to refuse to receipt of a package that shows signs of evident damages during transportation (such heavely bent, wet, or distroyed boxes). Before refusing the acceptance of package, it would be best to take package pictures in such occasions, to help in our investigation.
If you decide to resell your product, warranty is not transferable to the new owner. However, he will benefit from our help and knowledge.
